Lilly Pools requires payment in advance for all closings. Closings Include winterizing all lines; draining of all equipment, lowering water levels to 1 inch below tile line and storing all equipment. All filters will be backwashed and drained unless yearly filter maintenance is requested (Highly Recommended, see filter maintenance below for details). There will be an additional charge for any materials such as plugs, stakes, anchors, water bags, anti-freeze etc. These extras will be billed separately. Lilly Pools and Spa, LLC is not responsible for return fittings and spa jets damaged during the winterization process.)
