Opening Weeks Begin on Mondays

Pool Openings are scheduled on a “First Come, First Served” basis for a specific week, not for specific days or times. If for any reason we are unable to accommodate your chosen week, we will notify you with an alternate date.

Pool Service Contact

Cost is $40.00 (each additional pump and/or feature)

All water and debris should be removed from the cover. An additional service charge of $130.00 will be added to the cost if a technician is required to return to your property to remove water and/or debris from the cover.

Note: Pool Safety Cover Removal is exclusively performed as part of the Pool Opening Service and is not available as a standalone option.

Pool Cover Handling and Anchor Securing* Note: This service is not available as a standalone option.

Pool covers will be carefully removed, folded, and placed into the cover bag along with winterizing plugs, provided the bag is available and in plain sight. If Pool Cover Removal is selected, our technicians can also secure the anchors to the deck (optional).

At the start of the pool season, we add a combination of pool balancing and start-up chemicals to ensure the water is clean, safe, and ready for swimming. Typically, we use a professional-grade shock treatment, stain and scale preventer, and a pH and alkalinity adjuster. For salt pools with chlorinators, we may add salt if levels are low, which will be billed accordingly. It’s essential to regularly test the water and run the filter to maintain balance after these chemicals have been added to your pool at opening.

All pools will be opened without vacuum service unless requested. Price does not include balancing chemicals, auxiliary chemicals or pool salt.

Return Service Options After Pool Opening, including weekly and biweekly maintenance.

A Pool Opening does not guarantee your pool will be immediately ready for swimming.
Additional cleaning and chemical balancing may be necessary in the days following the Pool Opening. Each return service will incur an additional charge of $110.00.

1. Notification: We will notify you by email, phone, or text message the week prior (Wed, Thurs or Friday) to let you know your scheduled service day.

2. Scheduling: We make every effort to schedule your pool opening during the week you requested. However, due to high volumes of work, all work is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Requirements for Service at Opening:
• Water and electricity must be available upon the pool tech’s arrival. Prior to service, your water level must be at least halfway up and into the skimmer and must be maintained for additional services.
• All equipment and accessories, including the pool cover at opening, must be placed near the pool area, in plain sight, unless other arrangements have been made.
• If any of these conditions are not met and the crew must return, there will be a $130.00 service charge.
• Note: We do not vacuum or clean the pool during opening, unless specified on the opening/closing forms.

4. Opening Form Details. When filling out the opening form, include all water features (e.g., waterfall, slide, deck jets, attached spa, solid covers). There is an additional charge for these features and any additional features not listed herein will be charged and billed at a later date.

5. Reporting Issues: All questions or complaints must be reported to our office within three (3) business days of the service date.

6. Account Status: All customer accounts must be current to receive any service, including openings, weekly or bi-weekly service and closings. A 1½% finance charge per month will apply to past due balances over 30 days.

7. Customer Presence: You do not need to be home during the service, as long as all necessary equipment, water, electricity, and accessories are available and in plain sight near the pool.

8. Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to weather or ground conditions.

Balancing and Auxiliary Chemicals Added

All balancing and auxiliary chemicals are measured and added by the pound, scoop or bottle by our pool tech team. These details are recorded on the Customer Service Checklist Form or door tag during your service and will be left at your residence after each visit. Please be aware that the costs for these chemicals will be reflected in your monthly invoice.
