Our team will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours. Lilly Pool's understands the need for routine pool maintenance services, which is why we offer both Weekly and Bi-Weekly Services for Inground Pools or Pool/Spa Combos. Routine maintenance ensures that your pool is clean, safe, and functions optimally, week to week or bi-weekly (every two weeks). This service typically includes tasks such as skimming debris from the surface, vacuuming the pool floor, brushing the walls and tiles, checking and adjusting the water’s chemical balance, backwashing filters, and ensuring that all equipment is operating correctly. Regular inspections and maintenance help prevent issues before they become major problems, ensuring you can enjoy a sparkling clean and healthy pool all season long. Our comprehensive routine maintenance ensures that your pool and spa are clean, safe and functioning optimally, week to week or bi-weekly. Notice to Service Customers It is recommended to start your Weekly or Bi-Weekly Service within 2 to 5 days after your pool opening. This ensures that your pool remains in optimal condition and that any necessary maintenance and chemical balancing are promptly addressed. Your Service Day will be pre-assigned via a route optimization program and may vary week to week. Pool Chemicals will be delivered to your property at the start of service, replenished on an as-needed basis and will be billed later. Customers must maintain the appropriate water level to at least halfway up into the skimmer during the Spring, Summer and Fall pool seasons. Customers will be notified at the time of service to add water if water levels are too low. Bi-Weekly customers are responsible for the upkeep and care of their pool during the "Off Week".
